Jessica Douglass

Ms. Douglass joined BoiesBattin LLP as an attorney in 2025.  Her practice focuses on complex antitrust litigation, including class actions involving price-fixing cartels, monopolization, and other forms of anticompetitive conduct.  Ms. Douglass first joined the firm as a summer associate during law school and continued as a law clerk prior to joining full-time.  She earned her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law, with an academic focus on antitrust and competition law.  Prior to law school, Ms. Douglass held legal internships at Maryland’s Office of the Public Defender and Florida’s State Attorney’s Office.
