Mr. Feder brings a prosecutor’s mentality to civil litigation, and has recovered multimillion-dollar awards for a number of clients. In addition to being AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, Mr. Feder is an National Association of Securities Defense (NASD) panel chair, frequent lecturer on class actions, former Career Prosecutor, former Chairman of the CBA Subcommittee on Securities Litigation, and has served as lead counsel in over 100 jury trials.
